DELIVERY

• All typical orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt & confirmation of order.
• All orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail Signed For Service. Please allow 3-5 working days for this service.
• You can collect your order from our Outletstore at 125 Cricklewood Broadway NW2 3JG after you receive an email notification from us, normally within 24-48 hours.
• Our Express Service (UK only) means we process and dispatch all orders received by 10.30 am and  will dispatch the same afternoon on normal working days. These will be dispatched via the Royal mail Signed For 24 hour Service and delivered by 1:00 pm the following working day.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

• All Savage London products can be returned for exchange or full refund within 14 days as long as the product is unworn, unwashed and completely odor free and suitable for resale.
• Postage charge will apply, at cost, for all exchanges and refunds.
• Custom printed products cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they were made for you. Unless there is a defect and or fault in manufacture in which case we will replace any faulty item immediately. This excludes the courier or postage costs.
